Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools on construction sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
• Perform pipe threading, fitting, and assembly tasks following safety standards and project specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing components and troubleshoot issues using basic math and mechanical knowledge.
• Participate in remodeling, maintenance, and field service projects to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Safely lift heavy materials and operate construction equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with construction plumbing or general construction site work is preferred.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and schematics is highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly.
• Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Handyman experience or background in remodeling or maintenance projects is advantageous.
