Important Requirement
Strong HVAC experience is required for this position.
This is not an entry-level maintenance role. Candidates should have at least 2 years of residential, multifamily, or hospitality maintenance experience and be comfortable diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance.
EPA certification is highly desired but not required.
What You'll Do

Diagnose and complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally

Perform HVAC troubleshooting, advanced repairs, and preventative maintenance

Complete plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance, and carpentry repairs

Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards

Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of strong HVAC experience

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver's license

Must own and maintain personal tools required for the position

Ability to work an on-call schedule as assigned

Physical Requirements

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Participation in an on-call rotation required

Occasional weekend or emergency response work as needed
