What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards
- Ensure beds, linens, and in-room amenities are perfectly arranged and visually consistent
- Deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented service that anticipates guest expectations
- Respect guest privacy and follow established room entry protocols at all times
- Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or service opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and service spaces
- Support laundry operations, including linen handling and supply replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover while maintaining quality

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (luxury hotel experience is a plus)

*New employees accrue 40 hours of vacation in the first year and earn 80 hours of paid sick leave per year. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year.
