  • Growth Opportunity – Play a critical role in building and evolving compliance infrastructure as the company continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Compliance Expert – Strong understanding of multifamily housing regulations, including fair housing, landlord-tenant laws, and consumer protection standards.
  • Analytical Thinker – Ability to assess risk, identify patterns, and implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – You don’t miss the small things and you know they matter.
  • Strong Communicator – Able to clearly translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
