What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paid Social Media Specialist position at JRH Investors?
This part time role is not really social media. It is focused upon the online review sites such as Google Business, Yelp, and possibly TripAdvisor.
I manage a small shopping center at 1810 West Southern Avenue in Phoenix. One of our tenants is Little Caesars but the other 5 tenants are independent tenants. They include a Ice Cream/Water store, Barbershop, Cell Phone Repair store, Total Wireless Verizon (independently operated) and a Panderia that is about to open.
These businesses either have minimal ratings on Google Business or Yelp or no following. I want someone who can meet with each tenant on site and discuss with them strategies for getting customers to provide ratings. If Little Caesars is willing to cooperate, I would like to include them.
My goal is not just for each of these busiensses to have a bunch of positive ratings in the next 90 days, but for them to have a system in place that will cause them to get continous ratings over the next couple of years.
For example, maybe the ice cream/Raspados shop, every time they hand someone their treat, they give them a card with a QR code that indicates that they get $1.00 off their next treat by leaving an online review.
We are willing to pay to print cards or do something else to supporr this effort. I view that this is a project that will take a more hours up front and then a couple of hours each week to monitor results and report the results to me as well as meeting with the businesses every few weeks to see what is and what is not working in an effort to improve it .
Must be Spanish speaking in order to communicate with some of the business owners whose native language in Spanish.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
