Job Summary
JREME Bar & Grill is seeking a dependable and energetic Beverage & Grill Associate to support beverage preparation, grill operations, food preparation, and customer service. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages, specialty drinks, and other menu items according to established standards
- Assist with grilling, cooking, and preparation of food items
- Operate grills, beverage equipment, and other kitchen tools safely
- Monitor food and beverage quality, portions, and presentation
- Prepare ingredients and maintain adequate supplies throughout shifts
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
- Assist with customer orders and provide friendly service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, grill, bar, or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and order accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
