Electrical Engineer - Hitachi AutomationLocation: Covington, Ohio
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hitachi Automation seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming to join our team in Covington, OH. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex automation challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical control systems and components.
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient integration of electrical systems.
- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation.
- Support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HMI development and SCADA systems.
