Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Home Infusion Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, specializing in IV infusion therapy. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed within ambulatory infusion suite and in the home.
- Assist with PICC/Midline/PIV line maintenance both onsite and in the home.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records using CPR /Caretend and other electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patients assessments related to infusion therapy.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in nursing
- Must be licensed or registered in the State of Florida
Physical Demand Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching.
- Ability to carry at least 30lbs
