We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating 26 foot box truck w/liftgate , to deliver goods efficiently and reliably. Your expertise in commercial driving along with vehicle maintenance will ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26 foot box truck w/liftgate to transport materials and goods.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jack and or dolly with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation routes.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
Skills
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for different truck types.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance checks.
- Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Ability to load & unload cargo efficiently.
