Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Prepare main dishes and/or baked products for meals in the National School Lunch and Breakfast programs.
DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO: Food Service Supervisor
MAJOR FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare entrees and/or baked products for breakfast, lunch or special meals.
2. Accurately weighs and measures food and portions in food preparation.
3. Prepares food of large quantity in specified quantities.
4. Cleans and washes small equipment used in cooking.
5. Keeps own working area clean.
6. Responsible for replenishing supplies.
7. Assists food service supervisor and other department workers with projects or tasks assigned.
8. Keeps accurate production records.
WORK SCHEDULE:
191 Days at 8 hours per day
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
Food Handlers Card
Salary : $22 - $25
