We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as scrubbing floors to ensure that they are well-maintained and presentable.
- Handle custodial duties in various settings including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain an organized supply inventory for cleaning materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects or special assignments as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks related to facility upkeep.
