Your Role as Plumbing Field Supervisor

This is a working leadership role, not a title.

You will:

• Lead and coach technicians through ride-alongs, training, and field mentorship. This is not an office role. You will be in the field full-time.
• Set and enforce standards for quality, safety, code compliance, and professionalism
• Own performance metrics, including job outcomes, callbacks, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to keep jobs running efficiently
• Handle customer escalations with confidence and accountability
• Develop apprentices and future leaders within the organization
• Identify problems and bring solutions that improve operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We don’t need perfect. We need proven.

You bring:

• 10 years of plumbing experience
• 2 years in a leadership, lead technician, or supervisory role (preferred)
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (preferred)
• Strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
• The ability to hold people accountable while earning their respect
• Comfort using scheduling, reporting, and field technology
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A mindset of ownership: if it’s your team, it’s your responsibility
