Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair and customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position will primarily be performing oil changes, brake jobs, tire services, and assessing codes scanned on vehicles. We provide on-site tools and will provide additional training to employee.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicles.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tire services.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding techniques to complete repairs effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and mechanical issues.
- Work on transmissions, alignment, suspension components, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
Requirements
- YOU MUST SHOW UP TO WORK
- Previous mechanic experience in automotive repair is preferred.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair techniques.
- Experience with fabrication and assembly processes is desirable.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in mechanics or related fields are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in high-paced family owned repair service.

Base Pay: $750.00 - $900.00 per week
