Big Country’s is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our front-of-house team.
We’re a locally owned, family-oriented convenience store offering fuel, groceries, beverages, fresh food, and more. We serve hundreds of customers daily and believe exceptional customer service is what sets us apart.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills.
Dependable transportation and a working cell phone.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Basic math skills and willingness to learn our point-of-sale system.
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
Willingness to maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise displays.
Interest in merchandising, promotions, social media, and helping increase store sales.
Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
