About This Role
We are seeking a strategic VP of Sales to own new business development for a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You will lead revenue strategy for an omnichannel digital product selling into pharma, with an emphasis on building relationships, closing new logos, and expanding within established industry networks. This is not a traditional pharma rep role—you are a business strategist and closer who can navigate complex sales cycles and drive meaningful revenue impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business development strategy, targeting new logos and expanding pipeline
- Leverage existing pharma industry relationships and network to identify and close high-value opportunities
- Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through contract signature
- Build and refine go-to-market strategy for an omnichannel digital product and subscription-based publishing model
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to ensure customer success and retention
Who We Are Looking For
- 10 years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success closing large deals ($100k ) in healthcare, pharma, or related industries
- Established relationships and credibility within pharma or healthcare organizations
- Strategic thinker who can build business development strategy, not just execute against it
- Comfortable working hands-on and wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving team
- Confident in your ability to independently own territory, identify opportunities, and close business
- Experience with SaaS, digital products, or subscription models a plus
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $200,000 – $230,000
