POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Solar Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Solar Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for solar-related products,
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store solar panels, inverters, and other solar-related products in an organized and efficient manner.
- Pull and pack materials for each installation job, ensuring that all required products are loaded onto the installation truck.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring that all materials are easily accessible and labeled correctly.
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Crane Expirience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of solar products and industry is a plus.
