At this time, we have an opportunity for an experienced Press Brake Operator on our nights II shift. Work (3) 12 hour shifts- get paid for 40 hours! (4 hour differential bonus). You will be expected to work Wednesday night through Friday night, 5 PM - 5 AM with an additional $2.00 pay differential for night shift!
Job Duties
- Understand and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products and setup requirements.
- Setup, program, and operate the press brakes to produce high quality parts from a wide variety of materials.
- Safely and efficiently run/use all tools and machines involved in the completion of parts.
- Periodically test operation of machines for any issues.
- Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation.
- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and orderly manner and report all equipment problems.
- Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of assigned parts.
Work Environment
This position is in a production manufacturing setting with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Pay
Pay is commensurate with experience. JR Metal Works offers opportunities for advancement for the right candidate as well as potential for wage increases every 6 months.
