Job Description
Jr Direct Wholesale is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Order Picker / Shipping Associate to join our team. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, arrive on time, maintain dependable attendance, and are passionate about being part of a productive team environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, building and wrapping pallets, preparing shipments, and helping ensure orders are processed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and organize customer orders
- Build, stack, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Safely move products throughout the warehouse
- Prepare completed orders for shipping
- Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures
- Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Perform additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, order-picking, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
