Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Managers, based in Colorado Springs, Denver, NW Arkansas, Springfield MO, Kansas City, MO, Omaha, NE, and Des Moines Ia. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales proposals, and meeting revenue goals. The role will also involve problem-solving and maintaining a proactive approach to improve customer satisfaction and grow client accounts.
Qualifications
- Skills in Relationship Management, Communication, and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution to address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Experience in Sales and Contract Negotiation to drive revenue and develop competitive proposals.
- Basic Technical Knowledge of construction or roofing industry practices is a plus.
