How You’ll Make An Impact
Talent Acquisition
- Lead and evolve the company’s global talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates across technical and corporate roles.
- Partner with the CHRO and executive leadership to design and implement a global talent strategy that supports rapid business growth and organizational transformation.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Develop a strong leadership pipeline and succession framework for critical roles, including executive-level successors.
- Lead the global performance management process to drive accountability, innovation, and a growth mindset across all levels of the organization.
- Design and implement scalable talent development programs, including leadership training, mentorship, and career pathing.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and build targeted development programs.
- Champion our culture by driving employee engagement initiatives that foster continuous feedback, learning, and growth.
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with HR, DEI, and business leaders to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as SHRM or equivalent are highly desirable.
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, and learning & development.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling talent programs in dynamic, fast-paced, and tech-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in executing high-impact recruiting strategies and building robust pipelines for critical roles.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in automation, manufacturing, or technology sectors is advantageous.
