Senior Structural Engineer
Job Description
- Lead a design team on projects to successfully deliver structural engineering construction documents.
- Review construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates.
- Assist with the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents.
- Resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple project deadlines.
- Ability to delegate and manage tasks assigned to other team members.
- Demonstrated ability to see a project through to completion.
- Excellent attention to detailing of complex building components.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of various building components and systems of various materials.
Required Qualifications
- BS Civil or Structural.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
- Experienced in working in Revit and BIM 360 required.
