Lawn Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a part time to start and depending on quality of your work will be full time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that all outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a hands-on approach to various landscaping tasks, including lawn care and hardscape maintenance. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our customers properties.

Duties

• Perform regular groundskeeping tasks to maintain clean and attractive outdoor spaces.
• Operate hand tools and machinery for mowing, edging, digging, and landscape maintenance.
• Assist on occasion with building and maintaining hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct routine inspections of the landscape to identify areas needing repair or enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently.
• Assist in seasonal preparations, including planting flowers and shrubs as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in groundskeeping techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
• Experience with hand tools and equipment used in lawn care and landscaping.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $125.00 - $175.00 per day
