" Current Pediatrics providers are excited to welcome a new physician to the team; happy to provide mentorship if desired

" Recruitment is due to a recent retirement & extensive patient demand/practice growth
" Many young families relocating to the area practice is currently fielding 10 new patient inquiries daily
" Highly tenured team of APPs & nurses support the practice; smooth & efficient workflow

Extremely competitive earning potential (but without the uncertainty that comes with relying on production for 100% of your compensation!)
" Generous ongoing base salary (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer) plus additional lucrative wRVU bonuses, as well as a quality bonus. Anticipated pay range of 270-370K .

" Signing bonus & relo stipend
