Position Details
" Practice at a state-of-the-art Mental Health & Addiction Center, located in suburban Minneapolis, just 10 min from downtown
" Highly collaborative Geriatric Mental Health Team of psychiatric & neuropsychology providers, specialty nurses, LCSWs, & complex care coordinators
" 32 hours = full time
" Work 2-3 days per week from home
" 90 min. intakes, 30 min. follow-ups
" 100% outpatient or optional inpatient component available
" All on one campus: Outpatient Geriatric, Adult, and C&A Psych clinics, as well as PHP, IOP, Inpatient, & full spectrum Addiction care
" Truly cohesive care model creates incredible opportunities for physician collaboration, while providing the highest quality of patient care
" Evergreen base salary, plus additional bonuses available anticipated range of 370-400K year 1
