Computer Platform Service Batch Operations technician. Responsible for, monitoring, scheduling and troubleshooting various IT schedules and jobs in Control M mainframe and enterprise environments, providing a high degree of customer support for applications supported mainly by DWD, DCF and DHS.
Third shift and weekend shift coverage required.

- Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL Mainframe Systems: Using Changeman, CNTL-M or the like
- Informatica
- MS Office Suite
- Previous experience providing this service for government a plus, and experience with DWD’s environments will be especially valuable
