What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift Finishing Scheduler position at JPS Composite Materials Corp?
Schedule Finishing equipment in a manner to meet all ship dates and obtain the maximum
efficiency by reducing changeovers as much as possible. Track upcoming shipments and
inventory by style to ensure that shipments are met. Assist manufacturing with special
projects and continuous improvement opportunities Responsible for the proper
handling, initiation, and storage of FO and RPO paperwork within the Finishing Department

High School Diploma or GED (some college credits preferred)
Computer literate in AS 400, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CIM, Inspection Client
Have a good knowledge of machine capabilities in Finishing
Must have a good background in math.
Must be able to meet deadlines and maintain good communications with Management
and Associates.
Must be self-motivated.
