Job Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics for multiple digital marketing campaign strategies, including performance measurement and ongoing optimization
- Conduct customer behavior analyses to identify key trends, opportunities, and drivers of acquisition performance
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B and incrementality tests to evaluate campaign impact and guide future strategy
- Perform profitability and optimization analyses to support data-driven budget allocation and targeting decisions
- Partner with marketing strategy managers across digital channels to improve existing campaigns and develop new approaches
- Synthesize large datasets into concise insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Communicate findings through compelling storytelling using presentations, discussions, and data visualizations
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (such as data science, analytics, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, economics, or finance)
- 3 years of industry experience in business analytics roles (such as digital analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business insights)
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets
- Applied experience with modern analytics and data science tools such as Python, R, Hive, or Alteryx
- Experience with visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) to translate analysis into executive-ready insights
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience communicating clearly with partners and senior leaders
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to develop subject matter expertise in your focus area
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect analytics to business goals and marketing decisions
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple deliverables in parallel
