Job Summary
As a Quality Control Specialist IV in Wholesale Loan Operations, you review documentation and approve loan transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy. You participate in projects assigned by the manager and work within high volumes and daily deadlines.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Review documentation to ensure compliance, credit, audit, and funding requirements are met
- Ensure approved and executed documents are consistent
- Conduct quality review and approval of loan funding, wires, payments, and rate updates
- Ensure processed work complies with procedures
- Use multiple loan and supporting systems to complete quality reviews
- Communicate and clarify information with processing teams
- Meet service level expectations and team/individual goals
- Organize and prioritize work in a metrics-driven environment
- Support a teamwork-focused environment and present a professional attitude
- Adapt to best practices and seek constant improvement
- Effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads within tight service levels
- College degree or 3 years of financial services or operations experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, handling multiple tasks concurrently
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks
- Works with urgency and adapts to best practices
- Demonstrates teamwork and shares information with peers
- Professional attitude in all company interactions
- Proficient in MS Office programs and able to quickly adopt new systems
- Criminal background and credit screening required prior to hiring and annually thereafter
- Prior experience in quality control, commercial loan booking and funding, or loan processing
- Occasional overtime required
