As a Vice President on this team, you will be responsible for end-to-end client engagement and implementation, leading integrations for clients, external partners, and enterprise platforms. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise clients, while mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams. Your experience in front office trading and portfolio management system implementation will be highly valued as you help shape the future of our platform and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee product development and integration initiatives from strategy through execution, focusing on enterprise client and partner solutions.
- Manage and direct end-to-end client engagement for implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and understanding their strategic objectives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, market trends, and client feedback to inform product and integration strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product features, integration requirements, and user stories.
- Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and integration solutions.
- Drive problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation across all stages of the product and integration lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Monitor product and integration performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and best practices.
- Support go-to-market strategies and product positioning for enterprise solutions.
- Stay current on fintech trends, wealth management innovations, and integration best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in product management, fintech, wealth management, asset management, or enterprise integrations.
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing engagements and managing complex implementations.
- Strong domain knowledge of financial services, investment products, and technology platforms.
- Proven experience implementing front office trading and portfolio management systems is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Technical proficiency in product development, data analysis, and digital platforms.
- CFA, FRM, or relevant product management certifications preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Graduate degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
- Experience with regulatory requirements in wealth and asset management.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and integration initiatives in financial services.
- Track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving business growth.
