As a Technology Support III team member in Healthcare Link team, you will be instrumental in delivering and deploying mission-critical business features. Your responsibilities will include partnering with technology teams, business stakeholders, project analysts and managers, and third-party vendors to design and carry out comprehensive testing initiatives.
Job responsibilities
- Develop reliable and scalable automation scripts leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks including Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, TestNG, and Java
- Design comprehensive test coverage encompassing both positive and negative test scenarios, execute automated test suites, and perform thorough results analysis
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the testing lifecycle, capturing test execution activities and logging all identified defects
- Report bugs, errors, and anomalies to the development team in a timely manner, and actively collaborate on diagnostic and remediation activities
- Deliver coaching and mentorship to team members to build testing capabilities and expertise
- Conduct product feature demonstrations for business stakeholders to showcase new functionality
- Collaborate with product teams to identify process gaps and uncover opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Actively contribute to Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives focused on process optimization and transformation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Hand-on knowledge in Test automation tools like Selenium,Cucumber,JMeter,TestNG,Blazemeter and JAVA
- Working experience of REST and SOAP web services, API Testing/Automation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Working understanding of public cloud
