Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5 years of applied experience.
Strong experience with PySpark/Python, AWS, and Databricks
- Proven project lead or team lead experience
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
