Solutions Analyst III - Test Automation, Payments

As a Solutions Analyst III in the Realtime Payments Group, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Job responsibilities

• Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
• Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
• Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
• Experience with hands-on automation of PDA/Smart Spec processes to operationalize standards and governance, accelerate documentation quality, and improve architecture review readiness.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  

• Exposure to ISTQB certification underpinning rigorous validation of end-to-end business and data flow requirements, enhancing defect prevention, traceability, and solution scalability.
• Experience with LLM automation to translate stakeholder inputs into structured specifications, auto-generate test scenarios and release notes, and summarize analytics findings for BI dashboards; includes prompt engineering, model evaluation, and responsible integration into existing data pipelines.
• Experience with data analytics leadership: guide data extraction, modeling, and interpretation; establish metrics and dashboards; translate insights into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions and key initiatives.
• Experience with technical writing and communication leadership: create clear, concise documentation and reusable templates; facilitate stakeholder workshops; drive consensus across product owners, business, operations, and development teams.
