Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on infrastructure disciplines concepts and 5 years applied experience.
Deep expertise in Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Exchange, Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage high-stakes incidents with composure and effectiveness.
Advanced knowledge of at least one infrastructure technology and proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell.
A drive to expand your technical and cross-functional knowledge beyond your core product area.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence partner teams by presenting data-driven recommendations for feature prioritization
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds'

Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
