As a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within Consumer and Community Banking’s (CCB) API Marketplace, you will play a key role in an agile team dedicated to building, enhancing, and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products. Job Responsibilities
- Provide regular technical guidance and direction to business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, with 3 years of applied experience.
- Advanced skills in one or more programming languages, including Java 8 for distributed application development, REST, microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications (e.g., AWS, GCP, private cloud).
- Familiarity with modern SDLC practices such as Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment.
- Experience with design systems and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with build automation tools such as Maven.
- Experience configuring Continuous Integration pipelines in Jenkins.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools.
