As a Senior Product Associate in Payments -Receivables Online, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities through customer, market, and user research.
- Support product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization using data-driven insights.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product delivery.
- Analyze product performance, revenue trends, and key business metrics.
- Lead agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and releases.
- Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Sales, Service, and Implementations to drive alignment.
- Manage product communications, documentation, and monthly billing certification.
- Engage directly with clients to understand needs and resolve complex issues.
- Stay current on FinTech, Receivables trends, and emerging technologies.
- Utilize agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support product development.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Excellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on-time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
