As a Risk Management - Risk Reporting Associate within JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management and Compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our strength and resilience. You'll be at the forefront of our regulatory efforts, delivering accurate risk metrics to US regulators that help safeguard not only our bank, but also the global financial system. You'll prepare report content, analyze data, resolve data issues, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding the highest standards of data quality. You will deliver complete, accurate and timely risk metrics to US regulators, including the FRB, OCC, and FDIC, and work closely with stakeholders in Regulatory Strategy, Credit Risk Management, Operations, Finance and Technology to streamline reporting processes and execute robust controls.
Job Responsibilities

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in risk, financial, or regulatory reporting environments.
- An analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering the story behind the data and understanding what drives our business.
- A detail-oriented, control-focused approach to working with large datasets and verifying the accuracy of reporting processes.
- Tech-savvy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- A true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work seamlessly across departments.
- A sense of ownership and drive to continuously improve reporting processes and deliver results.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
