As an Associate Product Delivery team member, you will support Product Owners who oversee Client Servicing solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate planning sessions, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate governance and cabinet meetings to ensure alignment and transparency
- Maintain accurate initiative/epic data in Jira and support roadmap development
- Track dependencies and partner across products and lines of business to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor progress and report updates, maintaining Objectives and Key Results
- Champion Jira best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2 years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, or a related domain
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Foundational knowledge of the product development life cycle, including planning, requirements definition
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking milestones, dependencies, and progress
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills; effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
