As a Market Research Senior Associate on the Insights team, you will translate complex customer and consumer signals into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy across the business. In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead qualitative and quantitative research projects and vendor partnerships end-to-end—synthesizing findings, identifying compelling insights for business partners, and championing the voice of the customer. Job responsibilities
- Understand the goals and needs of project stakeholders, while centering the goals and needs of end users
- Select and manage research vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently
- Synthesize research findings and create relevant, revealing, and inspiring reports
- Prepare presentation materials for senior management
- Deliver recommendations with confidence and consideration for diverse stakeholders
- Champion the voice of the customer within the business and across functions
- Play an active role and contribute to strategy discussions
- Escalate project issues and risks appropriately, and drive them to resolution by proactively identifying potential obstacles and solutions
- Identify and document best practices, and drive implementation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4 years of experience in market/consumer research
- Independent and self-motivated; able to create structure and direction out of ambiguity
- Experience managing projects and project teams, and working with stakeholders and research vendors to achieve shared objectives
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking; ability to understand systems and processes
- Proactively seeks guidance, clarification, and feedback from others
- BA/BS degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master’s degree in Marketing Research or a related field
- Experience in financial services
