Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
Deep understanding of technology infrastructure, including UNIX/Linux systems, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Windows servers, with experience in managing the deployment of new features across various groups and lines of business.
Proven ability to manage requirement expectations and ensure the team meets critical milestones, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders during deployment processes.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
