As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Commercial and Investment Bank, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Job responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
- Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
- Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineering and application development and 5 years applied experience
- Experience as IT Infrastructure Project Manager and financial analysis
- Solid analytical mindset with ability to execute thorough financial analysis.
- Support the periodic IT Infra Planning exercise by capturing, pricing, and scheduling new investment, capacity growth, tech refresh, Data Center exit, app retirements.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel to streamline data analysis, create dynamic financial models, and provide actionable insights for effective decision-making.
- Good understanding of technology infrastructure (distributed and cloud), and cost management.
- Ability to quick grasp the working of various planning tools available in the organization (corona, ihub, iplan etc.)
- Liaise with AD teams, CBTs, Solution Architects, PMs, DBAs, SAs, Finance, Estate Managers etc. to ensure successful project deliveries.
- Organize data into accessible reports, perform various types of analysis using key metrics and communicate status to relevant stakeholders for each project.

- Experience with some python coding and Tableau
