As a Team Lead in Cash Vault Profile Fulfillment, you are required to guide the team in delivering process reviews, and operational improvements. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct process reviews and validations to support business partners
- Identify opportunities where analysis drives significant operating outcomes and efficiencies
- Contribute to high-level business initiatives and assist with metric reporting
- Design predictive and forecasting models to improve operations
- Collaborate with metric owners to identify key causes behind data trends and irregularities
- Monitor trends and best practices to add value
- Champion process improvements by dissecting current processes and implementing enhancements
- Coordinate workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
- Facilitate communication between upper management and employees
- Generate and submit performance reports
