CIB / CTC / CB Compliance and Operational Risk (CCOR) Regulatory Change Management (Assoc) - The Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization is seeking an Associate who will execute on various reporting and regulatory change management requirements within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Chief Investment Office and Treasury (CTC) Compliance. The role is in Tampa, Florida and will work closely with an extended management team located in the metro New York area. The candidate will manage the timely delivery and execution of various activities relating to regulatory change management and legal obligations by working across teams to ensure proper socialization, review and coverage of such activities. The individual needs to be organized, articulate in their communication, and can collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders to confirm applicability and understand further impact to the CCOR organization. Additionally, the individual will also manage the review and updates for the departmental procedures, as well as drive agenda setting and other action items relating to CCOR's participation in the new business initiative approval process. The candidate should embody the willingness to learn new processes and feel empowered to come up with change recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years industry experience in regulatory reporting background preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite experience required, i.e. Powerpoint and Excel, Word
  • Identify and drive process enhancements / optimization opportunities
  • Able to manage and lead multiple projects independently with limited supervision
