Job Summary : Well respected, Architectural firm is looking for a Senior Architect / Project Manager to join their company. Required Qualifications :
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture, including substantial and varied experience in project planning.
- 5 years of experience in responding to RFIs / RFPs
- Undergraduate degree in Architecture
- Professional Florida Architectural Registration
- Fluent in AutoCAD & Revit, with Sketch-up, Photoshop and Microsoft projects
- Construction industry experience
- Self-driven, professional, high energy and receptive to learning on the job
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Self-confident, tenacious while maintaining positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants, and technical staff
- Able to provide direction and lead architectural staff effectively and positively
- Ability to adapt to a small office environment
