Responsibilities for Project Manager:
- Developing and maintaining production plan for single family build-to-rent projects.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training of production crews and hourly employees, handling all personnel issues.
- Assist in developing additional future projects.
- Communicate and reinforce the corporate vision at JPI Electric LLC.
- Developing new and existing business to its full potential and delivering customer and contract satisfaction.
- Keeping cost of goods and payroll within budget.
- Assist with accounts receivable if necessary.
- Carry out other duties as defined by immediate supervisor within the capabilities of the jobholder.
Qualifications for Project Manager:
- 3-year experience in a management capacity
- Minimum Residential Wireman Electrical license (required)
- Will manage subordinate supervisors and sub-contractors
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret electrical plans
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and the general public
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
