  • 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development
  • HRSD and ITSM experience required, SPM experience preferred
  • Strong scripting, Flow Designer, Service Catalog experience
  • CIS certifications required; CIS-ITSM and/or CIS-HRSD strongly preferred
  • Must be Local (Delaware Valley / Greater Philadelphia area).
  • Excellent communication skills
