Team Standards & Expectations:

This is a high-accountability, team-oriented sales environment.
Newer agents are expected to:
- Work in the office for at least 4 hours per day during the first 60 days
- Participate in inbound lead coverage shifts
- Contribute to outbound prospecting and follow-up efforts each week
- Attend team meetings, training, and accountability sessions
- Consistently manage and follow up with leads inside company systems

Qualifications:
One of the following:
- Active Florida Real Estate License
OR
- Willingness to obtain a Florida Real Estate License

For SkillBridge applicants:
- Must be eligible for Department of Defense SkillBridge participation

All SkillBridge participants must comply with all Department of Defense SkillBridge Program requirements, policies, timelines, and participation standards, in addition to all JPAR City & Beach team expectations and performance standards.
