Your Role: The Best of Both Worlds
As an Automotive Flex Associate, your duties will shift based on the shop’s needs, giving you a full-circle understanding of automotive operations.
In the Service Bay (Technical Duties):
Perform tire replacements, rotations, and essential maintenance services.
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) to identify vehicle needs.
Review work orders and collaborate with the team to ensure quality repairs.
Carefully document vehicle condition and any physical damage.
Participate in in-house technical training to sharpen your mechanical skills.
At the Front Counter (Sales Duties):
Greet customers with high energy and manage incoming calls/scheduling.
Listen to customer needs and translate them into accurate work orders.
Determine the cost of parts and labor to generate itemized estimates.
Advise & Educate: Review DVIs with customers, explaining necessary services and warranties with integrity.
Handle the check-out process, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
