Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring quick and correct processing of sales transactions
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and flair, maintaining high standards of drink service and beverage presentation
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
- Support team members with host/hostess duties or other restaurant tasks as required
