Position Overview

JP Tank is seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Foreman to lead field crews on large reinforced concrete construction projects.

This is a working foreman position, meaning the foreman works alongside the crew while also leading daily production, coordinating jobsite activities, and ensuring work meets company quality and productivity standards.

Foremen are responsible for managing crews of typically six to eight workers, executing construction according to plans, and ensuring projects meet production targets and safety requirements.

The foreman plays a critical role in the success of each project and is one of the most respected and highest-paid field positions within the company.
