JP Sports is looking for an enthusiastic management team to help us provide every fan with gear. You don't have to be a sports fan to work at JP SPORTS, just excited about a fast paced work environment where you are engaged with your customers and having fun!
Skills Required:
- Reliable employee who consistently attends work and requires minimum time off.
- Has open availability. Nights, Weekends, and Holidays are a must!
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrate leadership ability and ability to coach, train and command attention and respect of employees.
- Demonstrate time-management skills and the potential for accomplishing tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to handle cash safely and securely.
- Ability to maintain and redesign displays within store.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and through email as well as the ability to show professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to recognize and prioritize tasks that need accomplished and follow through with little supervision.
Job Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Supervising employees and ensuring effective work and efficient use of employee hours while delegating job duties.
- Maximize sales by demonstrating superior knowledge of products and services and ensuring quality customer service is given at all times.
- Ensure store safety through customers service procedures and strict supervision of customers and employees.
- Mastery of customer service policies and procedures
- Mastery of Register Functions including but not limited to sales of regular items, special orders, and exchange policies and procedures.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
